As the Resource Manager or Project Manager, you can then find people with the skills you need, allocate/build project teams, organise training for people wanting to develop their skill levels, and measure progress of key competencies over time within the organisation. The SkillsMatrix allows you to access the collective corporate knowledge of your organisation as a whole. The SkillsMatrix easy to use web interface allows each user to record changes to their skill data as they occur. Managers are able to review changes, query and report on demand. The SkillsMatrix web site is fully customisable so the look and feel can be modified to suit your corporate image.
The easy to use SkillsMatrix Administration Tool allows you to manage all items in the SkillsMatrix System such as people, skills, and column headings. It is as simple as clicking on an item in the TreeView list, editing the details, or dragging and dropping the item to change its category or owner.
