Adrian Scott Krzyzewski

Adrian Krzyzewski is the Managing Director of Ethos Software Architecture Ltd (UK). With more then 8 years experience in the Software Development and Project Management, Adrian’s Vision for ethos has always been Total Quality, Company Performance, Staff Excellence and above all, providing the correct Business Solutions in order solve our customers problems.

Adrian is a graduate of the University of Auckland where he completed a Master of Science Honours degree in Computer Science. He was subsequently professionally involved in the computer industry as a Developer, Software Designer, and Project Architect. In 1995 he helped form the company ethos Software Architects for the purpose of applying those skills in a commercially challenging environment. As well as being a highly skilled software developer in several front line tools, Adrian has strong skills in design and analysis of Banking, Financial and Manufacturing software.

Although his earlier work included research and development roles for Manufacturing Companies - where he developed software for factory production systems - his later work included various positions in the commercial sector. Especially noteworthy is the development of a World Leading Practice Management System for one of the Big Six Accounting Firms and later gained considerable experience with Architectural Design.

Adrian has always kept a hands-on approach with development. He considers it necessary to keep programming as part of the development team in order to keep current with the frequent changes in the software industry. This in turn keeps ethos Software Architects a front runner in the technology race.
